Welcome to OP Administration

OP Administration is a full service agency offering finance and accounting services. We take care of everything a finance department does and more: current accounts, supplier payments, invoicing, payroll, project accounting, financial statements, annual reports and tax returns for companies and individuals.

We also sell ready-made companies (i.e. shelf companies) and handle all of the correspondence with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. We prepare protocols and simpler agreements, help with Group accounts, cross-border mergers, etc. If we cannot provide a particular service, we will avail of help from one of our many partners.
